New Guy From the SoCal Coast

Hi Guys, nice to be meeting some good folks here who love tacomas. I'm a student (studying physics with a lot of engineering on the side) who's been saving up money for the last 2 years to try and get myself some wheels so I thought this would be a great place to join and read up more on everything.

This is going to by my first vehicle and I'm going to hit the ground running with it, I'm in the process of starting a business during my senior year and I need to be able to move myself around so I can make me some money. I want to get a sturdy gen 1 prerunner extended cab and I've got 5K in the bank with a little more in reserves that I can budget to this. Hopefully I'll ascend from my pledge status soon and be able to join in on appreciating what being a tacoma owner is like. Looking forward to your responses.
