    Hello from Austin, Texas...

I recently bought a 1998 Tacoma. It is a 2 owner, California truck with zero rust and 107K miles. It is my first Tacoma and I love it. It needs some odds and ends, that I've taken care of already and is awaiting new shocks/coils, brakes, baseline of fluids and belts/hoses/t stat and radiator (leaking). Just collecting parts and trying to carve out the time right now. I've been into Land Cruisers for over 10 years and currently own a 40 and 80 series. Previously owned a 40 and 60 series. I look forward to learning more about this truck and have already utilized this site for research into some fixes and mods.
    Cheers!

Haha...the 40 and 80. The 40 is a 1974 continuous project that will be pretty close to "stock" when it is all said and done. I've owned it for close to two years now. The 80 is a 1995 unlocked, but can pretty much tackle anything even w/o lockers. I've had it for 6 years. The 80 no longer has the ARB or the sliders on the 80 as it is retired to our land out in west Texas being used primarily as a "ranchette" vehicle. So it is basically stock except for 2" Ironman lift and 33s.
