    Howdy all, just a quick intro. First Toyota vehicle ever. 2014 dbcb TRD Off Road.....Silver sky metallic. Near Moab, Utah so lots of opportunity for off roading. Been lurking for a while and this seems to be a very knowledgeable bunch of people. I travel quite a bit for work and the one thing I have noticed is that if you ask techs at one dealership a question and ask the same question at other dealerships, the answers are usually different. Find this quite interesting. Anyway, I love my new truck!

    Thanks for the welcome!....Guess I should clarify the question I ask techs and get different answers for. It is the same old question everybody seems to have and that is: Can I switch to 5w30 full synthetic at my first oil change. I have been advised by one, not to do it until 20,000 miles. Another said, not until 50,000 miles and yet another told me go ahead and do it. Just find it interesting. Look forward to spending all my cash....LOL... Thanks again for the welcome!
