Cool deal man. Good luck lookin around. Last year when I was looking everyone was buying with the cash for clunkers so pickin was slim. I was looking for an 09 but ended up waiting and when the 2010s started rolling in I found what I wanted.
Only problem was there were no incentives since they were brand new. You might score some good financing and maybe a cash rebate or something buying right now.

No incentives right now, maybe in July there will be some. Time will tell.

The back up camera is nice, but I've never used it for backing up, as I always use my side mirrors. It helps me gauge how far to back up, and that's about it.
The SR5 doesn't get any better gas mileage IIRC...

It took a couple of weeks to get used to using the backup camera, I really only use it to see if there any dogs or kids or bikes behind me but it does help in really tight parking spaces. I"ve never had one so it took a while to trust what I was seeing, I still look over my shoulder but I use it to check what I can't see.

Sounds good. I thought the camera would only really be helpful in determining how close to an object I was.

Update. I sat down with yet another dealer today (third in 2 weeks) and looks like I will be the owner of a 2010 4X4, Double Cab, Long Bed, TRD Sport, Barcelona Red! I think I am getting a smoking deal $28000 @ 3.9% financing and $14500 for my trade.

One dealer would give me $16000 for my trade but wanted $31000 for the Tacoma. Another dealer would only offer $12500 for my trade and wanted $28000 for a used 2009 (with some options like Steps TRX cat back JBL, and bed cap) but they could all be added.

Well the truck should arrive tonight or tomorrow morining and I will be a Tacoma owner!
