new guy with questions

The main thing i want to do is to put fog lights in my truck. I have a 06 prerunner sr5, i want is the stock look in the stock holes. Is there an after market kit that fits the stock holes in my bumber? or should i buy the replacement lights and wire them up to my head or parking lights? because there are no wires for fog lights.
The second thing i want to do is to take off the door ding gaurd that run down my door cuz they look cheap and dont match my silver truck, but does anyone know if the are just double sided taped on there or are they cliped on from the back through holes in the door? cuz i would hate to pull them off and there be wholes running down the side of my door... and ive only been on here for a day or two and learned so much from everyone else...thanks
