That’s a cool story! My GF and I have one similar to yours. We spent a year with her in Amarillo and I in College Station. It was horrible!! Last summer she moved down here and it’s been wonderful since. However we didn’t move in together so it was less stressful, I wish yall luck!!

Holy crap there has been a lot of post after I asked that question.

Congratulations man. She is beautiful. I'm not going to say good luck because I'm sure the both of you won't need it. Enjoy your time spent together, even if that means forever :)

ok, this story is cute. i dont say it often, but i think this deserves it. me and my ole lady met through friends at a house party. i pestered a friend for like 6 months to bring her around more often. 3 friends of mine were trying to get at her from the beginning, but i guess i won that one. we were together for like 3 months and talked about moving in with each other. 9 months together and we finally moved out of our parents and in with each other. that was almost 6 years ago. we hit our 7 years in may of this year. i guess its true when they say you find "the one." its not the easiest of roads and we dont see eye to eye on everything, but i wouldnt change a bit. im not trying to steal your thunder in this thread lol, but i do wanna say is i undertsand what youre saying. i hope for the best for both of you. and when we all getting a meet going since we all in socal now?:D

You should be... from the transplanted SoCal guy. (Actually, stay in Monterey Park and you'll be great. Stay out of beach cities, or the southern half of Orange County and you'll still be better than 80% of the other gals). You get points though if you stay away from the surgeons. But, yes... it's a tough meat-market! That shouldn't really be on your mind though, since you have a guy, right???

I think we should all pitch in some money for new shocks, so the Taco doesn't rock so much after she moves out there to be with her boy ;)

Damn, thats a lot of quotes! Good luck to you two! I've been in a long distance relationship for 3 years with my girl and we got thru an 8 month deployment together already too! Best thing is she's moving up here in MARCH!!! I'm so excited that we'll finally be able to live with eachother after being apart for so long. I wish you guys the best and good luck!!!
