Just got a fresh set of lower arms for 2010 dblcab 4x4 OR. Should I use the original bolts or buy new?

Originals are fine. They are cam bolts. Kind of pricey to replace for no reason. But if you bought new lcas I'm guessing the bushings are seized and you may need to cut them out and forced to replace them.

I bought new hardware but really didn’t need it. You won’t know till you start so best to have them on hand.

I used these on my 3rd gen 4runner. They have a plastic sleeve so no metal on metal contact like oems. They will never seize up.

If the sleeve is seized in the bushing you could try getting a m12 (possibly m10) Allen head bolt, just enough so the threaded part fits into the sleeve but the head of the bolt seats flush with the sleeve, make sure the bolt head is about the same size as the sleeve so you can punch the bolt all the way through the bushing with the sleeve. Then get a tapered punch on a air hammer and just go to town MC HAMMER TIME on that sucker. The reason you would want to use a Allen head instead of a regular bolt is because the Allen head gives the punch something to stay in place. If you were to use a regular bolt you’d have to reset your pounding position each time.

It should come flying out so wear some safety goggles. You can clean it up with a wire wheel and reuse everything. If for any reason you or any of your buddies don’t have access to a air hammer I’m sure with a little elbow grease this can be done with a BFH.

I did this method when replacing my LCAs because I didn’t want to spend the extra money to either buy new ones from Toyota or aftermarket ones. Mine were still good just stuck a little bit.

Hopefully this helps or give you an idea instead of taking a saw to your truck and spending more money

They are like 45 bucks. If they arent rusted to shit, id reuse them. If not, its not like you won't be able to buy groceries if you get new bolts.
