Hello everyone. I'm Matt. This is my 2002 Tacoma.

It's not near as nice as some I've seen on here, but at least it isn't completely stock!

I've got a couple of minor mods that I'd like to do soon.

I'd like to change my taillights to LED, somehow get some lighting in my bed or on the underside of the tonneau, convert my headlights to HIDs and add some fog lights in the lower valance.

That being said, (and be forewarned, I basically know nothing about the electrical system of trucks), how difficult would it be to convert my tail lights to LEDs?

I'd like to just do a bulb swap. I like the stock assembly, but, depending on difficulty and cost, I'd might just do a full assembly swap.

i just bought a used 2002 tacoma sr5 xtracab pickup and i noticed that it has a very lethargic acceleration.

is this normal or is there anything that i should do to make the truck run like a toyota? Note: the plugs are new and the air filter is newly changed and everything looks fine but the acceleration is just too slow. Please help me. Thanks. emmygrey
