    Hi,

New here at TW. I have a 2008 4-Door Double Cab Long Bed 4WD 6-Cyclinder 5-Speed. 175K miles on it and the only issue I have ever had is the universal joint had to be replaced.

Im sold on making the 500K mile club especially since I love the truck and there's nothing wrong with it. Also, I cant seem to fathom buying a new vehicle right now.

With that I'd like to "restore" or "fix up" what I have. I'd appreciate any direction on where to find on TW information to slowly transform my Tacoma into an overland style Tacoma.

This thing is as stock as stock can be with the only major issue being the typical roof rust. It's pretty bad. I worked in an oil and gas refinery for quite some time.
