Owned 4 toyotas over the years, Also looking to wheel with some new people, I've always wanted to go wheeling in Farmington New Mexico but don't know anyone to show me around. The trails in the ouray area sure are pretty. Engineer is a fairly easy one especially the lake city side. The ouray side has a couple dodgy spots. I ran into a corolla several miles up from the ouray side once. Was leaving parts the whole way, lol. They were a couple French tourists in a rental. You know what they say, the most offroad capable vehicle is a rental one, lol

Ophir is real easy. Stock anything is fine.

Cinnamon is pretty easy as well. Took a stock explorer over that one. Those are some good ones to hit first.

Black bear pass has one dodgy spot, but some people pee down their leg a bit down the telluride side. I wouldn't start out with this one.

    Imogene is my favorite.

Good to know^^ I've done blackbear before. Didn't know the rest of the trails were soo easy  . Looking to check out more of the high desert of aztec and farmington this summer.

I am in Colorado Springs. I have a 2013 Tacoma Sport DBL Cab. Looking for some started trails, but something that a car couldnt do. Never been off road so I want to try my truck out. Let me know if you interested and want to meet up on a weekend and try out a trail.

I'd be down but I'm way south of you. I'm like 30 mins from New Mexico.
