6k is a steep price, but I had a friend put a superchip supercharger on his Camaro Z28 and it was 6k. I wouldn't recommend taking to a dealer to install, they would rip you off in labor

Yeah, that guy is ridiculous. He used to claim a 4" lift with the OME lift.

You can give me $50k and i'll throw in a supercharger. Not to mention i'll get it built right. Lol.

Step 1. Buy a 2012 truck 4x4 with whatever trim package, TRD, Sport, SR5. If your concerned with price and function buy the 4x4 sr5.

Install arb lockers front and rear with regear for 33's or 35's. Based on what you want to use it for.

Purchase or trade for a hooded non functioning hood.

Buy light bar and install. also tire carrier and install.

Next is the biggest concern, lift height. That OME (old man emu) kit they have one the truck will run you $500-800 for everything. Shocks/springs. Buy coilover 2.5 with resi's, and upper control arms. Diff drop, and rear 2.5 resi's with a new leaf pack. Plate armor for the bottom.

and Supercharger when it come out, ether URD or TRD.

everything else is just small aesthetics. If yoru gona spend a lot of money do it right the first time.

Haha that trucks been on eBay for like a year at least. Pops up here every once in a while. WAY overpriced is the usual consensus.

And its like an 09 or something, not a 2012.

Is there a way to retain Toyota warranty without getting gouged for a dealer install?

I'm pretty sure that's part of their way of recouping warranty claims up front on the supercharged motors .. :D
