    Hi all. I have lurked here a while and found the forum when searching for answers to life's little Tacoma issues. Current issues: Just got back from the dealer today from a frame check, and yup, new frame to be ordered. Probably won't receive it until winter. Meanwhile I got to looking here and elsewhere at wheel bearing replacement, since the dealer quoted me almost $1,400 for both fronts :eek:

    Anyway, I have owned this truck since new. Now that it is 10 years old I am starting to get the little things going on that need attention, and I'm not going to the dealer for anything other than this and any other recalls, or an occasional part.

    Now to research what shocks I want to get to replace the OEM when they do the frame. Looking forward to diving in more here.
