New here with a 2013 Base model Tacoma

Hey all,
I just purchased a base model 2013 Tacoma at the Clarkesville (IN) auction. She has 204,000 miles but runs and drives great. And while I don't mind at all to lock the doors or crank the windows manually, I would like to have cruise control and get an aftermarket audio system going. I would really like to have a GPS system with the new audio system.
I am sure there are some out there who have already done some work on these areas. I have found many variations of installing aftermarket cruise control videos on YT for 2nd Gen., but would like to see a schematic of the inputs.
Also, using my VIN I have found places that describe my purchase but not quite accurate...such as, saying it is a manual instead of automatic. Is there a place to go in the Toyota world that I can use my VIN and get an actual description of what was purchased? There have been NO modifications to the original purchased. Thanks!

 

Toyota has an owners app where you can type in the VIN and see specifics on the vehicle including service records.

Welcome to TW... Cruthfield is great for aftermarket head units with nav and connectivity. AND... they are great at plug and play. My 2014 now has a Kenwood unit with bells and whistles.
Can't help with cruise control.

 

I believe Cruise Control and intermittent wipers can be easily added…
