Just did an hid retrofit on my 04 tacoma. Everything works good and back together...only question is do I modify the stock boot on the back or leave it off? No way its fitting over the igniter as is.

The boot should go on after the bulb but before the bulb connects to the ignitor if that makes sense. Fish the brown and white wire through a small custom made hole in the rubber boot.
