Im thinking about buying a new home, single family one story three car garage in Lake Elsinore, CA, from K. Hovnanian homes.

What do you guys, who know think about the area and/or the builder?

I've got friends there on the south side of the lake since 1981. It's a sharthole. Do you have kids? All you can say about it is the houses are cheap. Do you work near by?
    I 15 is a parking lot.

K Hov is really big in Tucson -- a lot of developments are K Hov... always seemed like nice designs...

never lived in one or bought one, so no experience there... :sorry:

It gets warm there, but its a really fun area, lots of off roading, and MX'n to do. Not to far from the beach and not to far from Riverside, Temecula, and SD.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Go for it! SD is about an hour south and LA is about an hour north!
