We managed to get a really good offer on our house and decide on a new one. Our offer was accepted the other day and we settle on June 26, 2009. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, finished basement and 2 car garage.
Thank you to everyone who sent their offerings of good luck in this process.

Don't kick yourself too hard. Your house looks great. We bought our house right before the housing collapse.

Luckily, a comparable house around the corner just went up for sale for $5000 more than we paid for ours 3 years.
