    Tires?

All Terrain and especially mud tires can be pretty quiet when new, but as they age it is impossible to get them to wear perfectly. The older they get the louder they become. You could also have an alignment issue or worn shocks which will lead to uneven tire wear, and the noise that comes with it.

wheel bearings probably worn. Tires may be out of balance.

If the sound does not change when the road surface changes, then chances are it is a wheel bearing.

How many miles on the truck? Drive it on a dirt road and if the sound goes away then it’s the tires. If it doesn’t go away it may be front wheel bearings.

Does the sound change when going into or out of a curve?
