    They would work for a 2" lift. The limiting factor would be your brake lines and the flex of your leafs

    Technically they fit a 3" lift. They fully extend about a 1/2" further than the OME shocks that are paired with the Dakars. The issue is that they, just like the OME shocks, are the limit of how far the rear wheels can droop. For 90% of folks out there, it will never be an issue and considering how many other shocks do the same thing, is not a huge concern.

    A few places custom build them with a longer body/shaft and sadly I learned of that after I had purchased these.

    Loud as hell URD exhaust!
    Is the reservoir mounting point the same distance from the shock as the 2.0 versions?

    Im still considering these..wish you had the better price when we first talked. I went with 2.0 resi's and dont want to drill another hole in my frame.

    They mount in the same location and use the same mounting screw/bolt. If you switched out, you would just need to remove your current reservoir bracket and install the one for the bigger reservoir in the same hole.

    They work very well with an AAL. If you buy the lift kit that icon includes these in they are put with an AAL.

    I don't know boss shocks but these are pretty much the best shocks you can get without doing shock mount relocations.
