Just got new Total Chaos LCAs installed and an alignment performed.

It looks like they had to cut out 2 of the cam bolts, and replaced them. Im not entirely sure why they bend the front frame tabs down on the front portion. I'm no alignment expert, so if anyone can comment on it.

Does this look like an issue? Its been a couple hundred miles and the alignment hasnt moved.

Those cam bolts were likely seized and caused the tabs to bend(happened to me)

I'd find some small key stock or something and weld pieces on to replicate the original tabs. While you're at it, put a bead behind the tabs that aren't bent. Without some small level of support, your alignment will move.

Lol, I know your pain, or at least I did. I had one tab flattened and my alignment would be ok for a little while, then it would slip out. You can pick up a cheap, flux core mig welder at HF for a bit over $100.
My opinion, it would be a good investment at this time. OR find buddy that has one and spend a few hours at his shop.

@erasedhammer Its not a super big deal, but for peace of mind you could beef that up. I have Marlin Gussets on my Taco and they are really solid. Have TC Cam Tab Gussets on one of the FJs and they are plenty adequate. I would go Marlin Crawler Gussets all day. TC cam tabs are fine but for just a little more you can get twice the beef.. Any welder or reputable off-road shop can do them. My local off road shop also does my alignments so it was easy peasy..

Sounds like a good project. When I get tie rods done, I'll have a shop do tabs at the same time as the alignment.
