I just just installed new springs and coils on all four corners of my 99 SR5 4x4. OME 881 coils in front with Bilstein 5100s at the 0" setting (2" lift). OME CS046R leafs in back with Bilstein 5100s (2.25" lift).

The rear height is about 1.5" lower on the driver vs. the pass side after the install. I tightened everything to torque specs from the repair manual. I even waited to tighten the lower shackle bolts until after I bounced on it a few times.

Does anybody know what the culprit could be?

The front is level. I never touched the alignment cams and plan to get the truck aligned soon. I can't imagine that the alignment would be causing that much height variation on the rear corner. Maybe my parking lot isn't as level as I thought it was. Would loosening the shackles then re-torquing "reset"?

Also, gas tank is at 1/4, so it's not that.
