For what it's worth (and adding possible confusion), here are the Toyota part numbers:
Double Cab - Right Rear: 48210-04360
Double Cab - Left Rear: 48220-04150

Xtracab & Regular Cab- Left & Right Rear: 48210-04340

What does that mean for you?

My suggestion is to bin your blocks. But because you have new springs- get yourself a 1.5" 3-leaf add a leaf kit, and a small (.5" to 1") shackle lift to level the truck. If you tow, or put weight in the bed, you can keep the overload leaf in the pack, and you probably wouldn't need the shackle to level it.

The leaf springs make the same amount of contact with the blocks as they do with the area of the axle they sit on if there is no block. The physics are the same.
