I'm running with a 2020 off-road. All suspension is fully stock at the moment. I have a GFC camper on the bed which adds gives it about 275lbs of weight 24/7. I'll likely also put some sort of small drawer system in the bed in the future. The back feels like its sagging a little bit and with the drawers and when its fully loaded for camping it could definitely be beefier.

Should I got with the add-a-leaf or just go with a whole new leaf pack? Will also lift the front once these go in (likely with some Bilsteins 5100s)

Go full pack, you have the gfc plus all your camping crap, it adds up real quick. Add a leaf has always been a band aid more or less

Don't forget bed stiffners if you don't already have them
