I currently have a 3inch leveling kit on the front but the problem is I have no downtravel because of it. I know the (recommendation) everyone has is no more than 2.5 on front, so if I bought Bilstein 5100 and replaced the uca and lower ball joint I should be good right? I’ve been scrolling through wheelers off-road I want those camburg uca but I don’t think I can cough up $700 right now haha

5100's maxed will ride really rough. Consider a spring along with the shock.

1st gen tunrdas are the best. Love good ol' column shifters.

The upper and lower ball joints are the weak point of those tunrdas so its good you're taking care of that.

Also common is play in the steering rack, there's rebuild kits that take a day at home, but pay off with steering feel.
