    My new light bar (fabbed by snobord552) should be arriving tomorrow :yay:

    I'm on the fence between Hella 500's and 75ff's. I think the 75's look sleeker and I've heard people say they're disappointed with the 500's. I don't see many people with the 75's though.

    Anyone with the 75's have any input?

    Reflector shape and size has a lot to do with beam output, not just wattage. I would doubt those little tiny 75ff's would outperform the 500's. On the comparisons that I've read, the rectangular lights usually perform significantly worse than their similarly-classed round models. Also, for most lights, all things equal a larger reflector will gather more light and create a brighter light (i.e. Lightforce 240's are about twice as bright as Lightforce 170's). The 75's are definitely sleek, I've seen pictures of several mounted. Somewhere I saw a picture of a Nissan Exterra with them on the roof rack, and they looked very nice.
