Sounds pretty ambiguous. They can say for every $10,000 donated they'll say inscribe john 3:16 on the inside of each bumper.

It is a nice bumper and I considered it, but I didn't get a response from them when I inquired back in January. I checked their website in March and didn't see it either, then gave up.

 

SSO now offers the same one piece style, for those looking for something similar.

 

I do like theirs but it seemed that SaintsOffroad was a little more blocky and I liked that the ends didn't angle up as high. I'd get the SSO bumper if the ends didn't point up so high. To me it just looks odd from the side, I'd prefer it to be more parallel with the ground.
