1st Gen Tacoma 4WD DC TRD with approx 3" lift.
I will be installing SPC LR UCA's and my CURRENT alignment numbers are as follows:

    L Camber -0.2*
    R Camber -0.4*
    L Caster 1.4*
    R Caster 1.1*
    Total Toe 0.05*

I plan on taking it to get the alignment "fine tuned" to 0* Camber, 0* Toe and + 2.5/+ 2.7 Caster. My questions are these...

What should I set the new UCA's to?
Should I "tweak" the LCA's prior to taking it in by doing my own alignment at home?
-If so, how should I tweak the LCA's?

I set mine to the neutral position, which actually gives you 2*.
Then I adjusted my camber to as close to 0* as I could get. Then did toe to 0*.
Once they got it on their machine I was at
    4.4* caster
Damn near 0* camber and toe.
If I'd of known the alignment guy I was taking it to was a Taco fan, owns a Taco with a 6" lift and is familiar with SPC UCA's I wouldn't have messed with any of it on my own.

I just installed SPC upper control arms. The alignment achieved L/R camber and toe exactly at 0* and caster at 3.1*. My lift is a moderate 2" (5100s F/R with eibach coils and progress AAL w/ the overload left in). Truck is tracking straight and my steering wheel is centered.

Did you touch your LCA's prior to taking it in?

Shit yeah, I forgot. I adjusted front cams all the way in and rear cams all the way out. This gives you max caster via LCA's and moves the tire furthest from the rear of the fender well.

The "D" setting is recommended to start with for 2-3" of lift, which is +2.0 caster. If you plan on going straight to the alignment shop from install, I would just eyeball the camber. Bring a torque wrench with you to the alignment shop and after they are done, make sure the upper balljoint nut is tight at 150lb-ft. This is in the installation instructions.

And buy a couple of brake bleed nipple caps and stick them on your grease nipples when you get the LR UCAs

    The Bed is stock...ish
I would say give it a little camber to take some pressure off the outer edge of the tires when turning.

I have had my truck aligned twice now. The numbers are right each time, but I am still dealing with some rubbing issues. I have 3.1,3.2 castor and .1, .2 camber, and 0.0 toe.

The logo on the ball joint is straight out, which i believe is the 2 degree setting. I just need to know what adjustments will set the wheel center in the wheel well minimizing any rubbing. I don't mind trimming a little, but want to make sure I have a proper alignment first. I took the print out in last time with everything highlighted, so i won't be paying for this one. I just want to make sure i have all my facts in order.
