What's up guys ? I have a 04 with 283k on it and just had the team's rebuilt on it, I have new ball joints and tires are in good shape but truck rides extremely rough lots of hopping, specially whenever I'm going over 55mph then start to come to a stop any ideas ?

Id say have the tires taken off the wheels and check their integrity. Might be a busted radial belt or possibly the lead weights fell off. Have you used any type of sealant like fix-a-flat recently? Actually, first, make sure the lug nuts are all tight.

You could do that too. If i remember correctly, theres 5-6 zerkers you can pump some grease into and see if that helps.

My truck has 280k on it, I've just had the trans rebuilt. I have upper and lower ball joints to replace, what else should I inspect and replace with this many miles ?
