New Member: 2015 Access Cab SR Package

Hey Everyone,

Long time lurker, but this is my first post here on TW. Just picked up a '15 Access Cab 2.7L 4x4 with the SR Package in Super White. I ordered it back in November and after 4 months of waiting it finally came in on April 1. It's one of my dream vehicles and here in NE this package is extremely rare if not unavailable it seems. Although, I know of another TW user from CT that has an SR, but that's about it...

So far I love this truck!

If anyone has questions about the truck or Toyota's arduous ordering process let me know. I am sure I will have many questions of my own as I pile on the miles.

I attached photo from the day I picked her up. I'll post more later when I can get to the rest of them.

Thanks! When I brought her home all the guys on my street (old and young) were complimenting me LOL. So far had a few questions at the gas station about "where I got those wheels from". They tend to not believe me when I say they're stock.

 

Nice Rig, congrats. I would have gotten an SR if there were any ever on the lots here in NC, never have seen one on a lot, and I am too impatient to wait on an order.

It was quite the wait, and what was initially quoted as 6-8 weeks turned into 4 months. The good news is I had a mint 2012 Corolla coming off lease that the stealership wanted, so they were willing to order the truck for me. I never saw any on a dealer lot either; they all seem to be out in PA/WV area and further west.
