Hi there. New to the Tacoma family with my 2020 Tacoma TRD Offroad. With the weather and wildlife out here in Colorado I want to add some auxiliary grill lights. I have the TSS and front camera so I can't do 2 30" in the upper grill.

I am looking at doing a 30" Diode Dynamics in the upper part of the grill and 2 10" Baja Designs in the lower half using the SDHQ brackets SDHQ-55-1202-G3 and SDHQ-55-1220-G3. These lights would be white driving.
I was also looking at doing a 30" Diode Dynamics fog bar in the lower bumper using one of these Cali Raised bracket sets
Cali Raised hidden mount - 125001
Cali Raised Flush mount - 125002

The install videos for the lower bumper light seem to show problems arise with the air baffles on the sides of the opening. Airflow is highly engineered to provide proper cooling. I'm curious if any of you have done the lower bumper light bar? How did you address the air baffles? I really don't want to modify them. If you got a bar in there without any baffle cutting who's kit did you use?

I'm not new to offroading as I have been Jeepin for almost 30 years.

I have not had any air issue with over heating in any way.

Yes, I did have to cut a small portion of the inner air dam for the brackets on the left and right side. It was a small portion and just used tin snips, took a few seconds. Been that way for over 3 years and no signs of any issues.

When I had the hidden mount, I did not remove the entire air baffle but just trimmed them to fit. I had no issues with cooling on prolonged trips in summer weather (although not past 100s).
