    06 Silver Tacoma TRD Off-road
    Hey guys my names Hayden I’m a new member here. Located in Johnson city, Tennessee so if anyone wheels around my area I would be down. First time Tacoma owner but I’ve worked on some jeeps before. I’ve got an 06 Tacoma TRD,it’s stock currently but I’m looking to do some mods in the future so I’m sure the forum will have plenty for me to read up on. It’s about time for new tires so I think I’m gonna go with the Mickey Thompson deegan 38’s at from all the good reviews I’ve seen. Thinking I wanna lift it up at least a few inches here around tax return time. If anyone has advice I’ll gladly listen.

    Welcome to Tw! I don't know much about the 06's but if fitting 35's require some heavy cutting, bending and trimming I think it would be the same for 38's. I could be wrong though....

    Sorry should have been more specific. Deegan 38 is the name of the tire, I’m actually looking at them in a size 265-75r16 which I believe is 32”

    Ah gotcha. Yea I think you should be fine once you have a lift. 32" is nothing to crazy. If anything you may have some very minor rubbing but nothing too bad.
