New member from Western Washington

I’m new to this forum and new to my 1st gen Tacoma, but not new to Toyota trucks. I started with a 1981 Toyota pickup 4x4, 4spd 22r. It was my parents and I drove it through high school and into college where I picked up my project truck my 1988 4runner (stats in my signature). It was a great rig, but the engine died on it so I decided to replace it, and in the process had to replace so much more.

Well I decided that it was a project car, and that’s all it was going to be. So I found a Tacoma. I looked around for 6 months and finally found one that met everything I was looking for 1999 Sr5, TRD, 5spd, V6. It even had the lift, tires and wheels I was going to put on it. To top it off it was red. I was looking for green, but for some reason red it my Toyota color (it's my third red yota truck)

I've been looking through this site for years actually. My memberships over on TTORA and expeditionportal have brought me here for ideas on multiple occasions. So I finally decided to just join.
