    Hi All -

    Been snooping around the site for the past month or so after buying my new Taco and decided it was time to say hello now that I am starting my build.

    First off - love this board. Every question I have had so far has already been answered in previous threads. Thank you all so much for the wealth of info.

    Onto the truck.
    Just bought a 2007 DC SB SR5 TRD Sport 6-spd in silver with 34k miles!
    Bone stock except for a silver snug top.
    Moved on from my beloved 2002 Subaru WRX Wagon and am very happy with the switch.

    First (and only mod so far) is black 17" wheels with 265/70/17 Wild Country XTXs - going to go bigger BFGs soon once my lift is done.

    This build is going to be centered around my love for skiing and camping.

    Next steps:
    Bilstein 5100s / Deaver 10-leaf
    Avid Light Bar
    Hella HiDs (amber possibly for snow)
    Avid Sliders
    Thule rack
    Cat Back Exhaust

    Any other ideas for snow / ski centric mods?

    Couldn't be happier with my new Taco and the info on this board.
    Will post pics of the build as more gets done. Thanks all!

    Thanks all!

    No rubbing that I have noticed while driving.
    JUST enough clearance (<1/2") when I tested it parked @ install.

    Haven't had a chance to do any off-road yet though.
    Was in the shop twice (on warranty) within the first two weeks of me owning it for a leaking master cylinder and a leaking timing case cover. So much for that 160-point dealer inspection. But they fixed me up.

    Really looking forward to the 5100 / Deaver setup though to give some clearance.
