Hi all!
I have come to this sight for a long time for info and finally joined. I've had 2 tacos in my stable with the newest one being a 01 4x4 sr5 4cyl auto ext cab stepside with 95,000 original miles. I bought it in april 2016. Looks like it has been pretty well cared for. Has a new frame and all that goes with that as it was part of the recall. My previous one was a 00 4x4 sr5 trd v6 auto ext cab with 203,000 miles when I sold it. Still was able to get $4,000 for it. Gave me great service over the years and only reason I sold it was rust was starting to take hold of the frame. The 15yr warranty ran out on it so I sold it. It wasn't rusted through but I wanted something with a little less miles and no rust. I'm very pleased with the "new" ride so far. I'm sure I will be asking many ? here as time goes on. Here's some pics of both. Anyway, its nice to be part of a huge community of taco owners!
