2002 Tacoma 2.7 manual four wheel drive
Glad to be apart of the community. You guys have answered a lot of my questions over the last couple years lol so finally joined up. The Tacoma I have now is a 2002 2.7 single cab 4x4. My pops bought it in 2012 and then in 2015 decided to sell it to me because he didn’t want to worry with replacing a cv axle but anyways since then I’ve done routine maintenance so nothing major. Cv axles, Radiator, plugs, oil changes, belts, blinkers and bulbs, air filters, headlight assemblies, etc so as you can see I’ve not dived into anything major yet. Truck is stock pretty much except an aftemarket radio. Soon to be diving into coilover and shocks swap, new rotors, brakes all the way around, and of course continue with the normal wear and tear replacements as I’m now sitting at 286xxx miles lol so if I post a dumb question please be patient with me. I’m mechanically inclined for the most part, have always done my own work no matter the vehicle. Guess I’m just cheap lol can’t see paying someone to do it if I can have someone tell me how or watch a YouTube video on it. Lord knows our parts are expensive enough as it is . But yeah I’ve took up enough of you guys time, best wishes to all in your current projects, thanks for having me!
