New Member Intro

Hello All! I bought my 2020 Barcelona Red Double Cab Taco new 2 years ago. It was my first new truck since my 2000 Silverado single cab. The Silverado is still in the family, kinda, despite having been t-boned once, rolled on its side once, and had the front cap replaced once. It's a tough beast!

I've done several mods to my Taco, including LED door sill protectors, running boards, The Dashtop MultiMount (DMM) for cell phones and GPS, a Bestek multiport charger, a trifold tonneau cover, and a driver-side grab handle. My next mods will be power-folding mirrors with sequential turn signals and blind spot monitoring, and anytime forward camera.

As for me, I'm a Retired US Army SFC, Vietnam Vet, and Agent Orange Victim. I'm also a retired Journeyman Marine Electrician. I've been married to my fantastic wife for over 50 years and we have 4 kids, 6 grandkids, and 5 great-grands! I live in a small community called Grand Bay, AL. It's about 4 miles east of the MS line just south of I-10. I like messing around with electronics, computers, vehicles, genealogy, and reading.

My wife's vehicle is a Metallic Grey 2022 Subaru Outback. We had it for 4 days and a tree attacked while sitting in the driveway. It's all good now.

So far I've found this to be a great community with some great forums loaded with tons of information of which I've already taken advantage.
