After being a long time lurker here I finally bit the bullet and bought my first new to me vehicle. For the past decade I've driven around in a 1993 cutlass cierra so this was quite an upgrade for me. I brought home this black 2012 Access Cab TRD O/R.

I was in desperate need of a truck as my job often requires me to drive on mass grading projects and other construction sites and the Oldsmobile just wasn't cutting it. So far it's done nothing but impress me and I love the simplicity and utilitarian feel of this truck.

(At this point I settled on the title of this thread)

As a long time reader of this forum I have had a few mods in mind since day one however progress has been slow due to a lack of free time in the spring and summer months. The truck obviously is my daily driver for work but additionally I plan on camping out of the back of it. The first thing I picked up was this tan softopper which has been great. We took it on its first trip at the beginning of June when we went to the Mt. Airy fiddler's convention down in North Carolina.

Currently saving towards a lift and new boots as well armor to help protect my investment. Hopefully I'll be able to start a proper build thread soon. I've realized that my wallet is going to be sorry I ever found this site.
