Before I begin, I would like to say how awesome you guys on this forum really are. I love this site. You guys do the best job on write ups than any other websites...... Having said that, I am a newby to the website, however not a newby to tacomas. I had a 98' single cab 4x4, now I have a 05' Silverstreak PreRunner (Sport) Accesscab. I got it about 2 weeks ago and it was in bad shape.... not to mention bone stock. It really drove me crazy it being plain jane so I started on a couple cheap mods (I am currently in college so money isnt allways abundant.....chech it out
    [IMG]
The first thing I did was follow that AWESOME write up on painting stock wheels.... I like them although I know there are some that wont. I can't believe how well they came out.... my friends thought I went out and spent some serious $$$. lol so funny
    [IMG]

I still didn't have a lot of money, but I wanted to do more to the taco...(it really is an addiction) so I invested in a 20$ LED strip and a 5$ rocker switch and went to town (you wont be able to see it that good during the day... will get some night shots soon)

This is where I put the toggle switch... I thought it was pretty clever....out of the way at least
    [IMG]

I really like the write up on the black headlight mod......will have that done in the next couple of days
Can't wait till that 3" lift.... thinking toytec spacers and AAL

So whatcha think? Don't be afraid to hurt my feelings...

Thanks for all the input guys.....the truck was in real bad shape....back window was busted out....there was 3 different rims on it.....and there are about a dozen dings and scratches....but at least now I don't have to worry about scratching the truck up offroading.....

Welcome I like the mods. I never saw anything wrong with the stock wheels except that I wanted them black.

    Good work
