Unknown suspension mods

hi all,

I just bought a used 2003 Toyota Tacoma. Specs Below:
2003 extended cab
V-6
Manual trans
4x4
177,000 miles
265/70/16 BFG K02
The original owner did some suspension mods that I will post in the Gen 1 section. Not sure what he did so it will be in the form of a question
My father-in-law owns a body shop and he fixed the dents etc and sprayed a new coat of white on it and sprayed in a bedliner.
