    Hey Gente,

Just bought a new 2015 TRD Sport. Did a lot of research and wasn't convinced by the new Chevy. Went with sport because I will never use the rear differential. 99% city driving 1% camping. I could not believe that used Tacos with more mileage were more expensive than buying new. I'm not worried about a new Taco for 2016. If it's that much difference then I'll just trade it in. I've owned a Ranger, Wrangler and Cherokee and even though I admit I miss taking off the top in summer shit was always giving me problems. I hope though that this Tacoma can handle the nasty ass potholes in Chicago. It tore up my Ranger suspension after 140K. Any thoughts on what to expect on wear and tear on suspension in a city that eats cars alive?

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
You will definitely want to upgrade the rear leafs with something better. Those flimsy things are a joke. In my 2011, more than 300# in the bed made it sag to the bump stops. I had the TSB for them done by Toyota and never had a problem again. Not to mention the OEM ones squeaked and that was enough to drive me insane(er)

Thanks for the advise. What did they put in yours? Was it covered by the dealer? Is this normal wear and tear that will be done eventually or is this part of a recall? Sorry if they are dumb questions.

It was just a 4 leaf pack instead of 3, and it was installed by the dealer free of charge.
