    My brake peddle goes soft while at a stop, yeah I thought that too,master cylinder? No it has no leaks any where full of fluid and all pads and shoes are new...took it to the Dodge Dealership i purchased it from they said its fine . now keep on mind this happened only some times ..wth ???

    That happens when you get older...

    Seriously: It could be an internal leak, but it could also be a little air in the system. What year? If a few years old it would benifit from a pressure flush anyway. It will get rid of any air or water in the system.

    Welcome to TW. So it feels firm and then goes soft after sitting at a stop? Or does it feel soft in general. If it is the later I'd make sure the rear drums are properly adjusted, can make a big difference. Also if going to a dealer, I would go to a Toyota dealer that is framiliar with the truck, not Dodge.
