Im Russell im currently studying to be a Mechanical engineer. Previously went to Wyotech for Collision and Refinishing, and other metal working classes.

I live in Fredericksburg Virginia ( would be cool to meet up with you guys )

I have always wanted to build an awesome weekend trail/camping truck.
I just got my 2013 Tacoma Trd Off-Road earlier this month and i am in love with it already.

I ended up deciding to part out my old trooper that i was in the middle of 350 swapping. Which is bittersweet i went to a tech school for 2 years and was able to work on the old truck when i would finish classes early sadly the trooper never got finished and life moved on.

    So far i have
    Tinted the windows (20%)
Swapped out the interior lights for leds
    Weathertech mats and Rain Guards

I have a couple things already in mind id like to do to the truck.

I think the next mod will be wiring light strips into my dome light to turn on when the door opens to keep me busy until stuff sells.

Currently in the process of selling my Motor, my old car, and parting out the trooper to build this thing but im excited none the less.

Where do you guys go for parts?

I want to do a 3 inch lift and im looking for something maybe not tip top of the line (3,500-4000 +) but nothing too cheap either. The tire size i was looking at was 285/75/16 will i have any issues with rubbing at that size?
