Looks good!! You have the smoked/ black lights? I just put new lights in mine and have to return them. Not a fan of the turn signal and brake lights not working at the same time !! That’s what I’m working on now finding a set where the turn signal works simultaneously with the brake lights.... any suggestions? Here’s a pic of the tail lights I’m returning. Love the look tho

How did you have your taillights tinted? The person that tinted my windows said he could tint my tail lights I’m wondering if it’s the same thing? I just didn’t know how durable it would be or how legal it is. Here’s a picture of my stock tail lights. I didn’t know what tinting film over top of the red would look like?

I got mine in September as well. Finally signed up on this site yesterday Although I’ve been looking at the site for probably a year and a half always knowing my next vehicle would be a Tacoma. My son has one and I love it. I’m customizing some things and this site has been very helpful!

I’m just torn about having them tinted or getting the covers vs. a new light kit. Does the tint or covers cause the lights to be noticeably dimmer? I was rear ended years ago & the thought of the lights not being as bright as they need to be concerns me. What are your thoughts on that? Do you have a close up picture of the tail lights so I can get a better look?

The product they use is a spray on and you can stop at any level of tint. I didn’t want mine very dark because I didn’t want to obscure the light output to much.F6B70963-1EB1-4B31-A5CC-0CA041842BFE.jpg

It’s a Rough Country 4 inch drop bracket lift. A lot of people don’t like d/b lifts because you have to cut a section out of your cross member, however it also keeps all of your angles true. This particular lift serves me well because I don’t do any hardcore off-roading. Most guys stay in the 2-3 inch lift range but I like the looks of the 4-6 lift,it’s all personal preference.

I had a Rough Country leveling kit put on mine. I’m not familiar with all the details honestly. My nieces husband and his friend who owns a Garage guided me. I’m happy with it and the result is exactly what I was looking for! Now if I could just find the dark lights I’d be a happy girl!!!
