I do like those and I’ll admit I pry should have put those on initially but I was bein a tight ass and totally regretting it now!!! I was hoping if I could find longer brackets that would solve my problem. Here’s a pic of mine. I’m thinking if I could get just 2 more inches it would be perfect.

You could check with a fabrication shop and see what they can do,not to sure about how it will look. With the N-Fabs, they hang close to truck and the steps hang down about 2-3 inches.

I could try to find something in my area and see if they could help me out. If not I guess I’ll just have to keep hoppin up in there! Did your area get hit hard in the snow storm?

Anyone know why sometimes I get an alert badge for some things and not others? And wth does the thumb tack looking thing mean on the right hand side on some of the forums I watch?

Welcome to the club! I live in Waterloo, IA. now, but lived in Freeport, IL. for many years. I worked at the Switch factory, if you know what I mean. 'been to Sterling many times. I'm fairly new here too. Just bought my Tacoma in November of last year. We got 5 inches out of the storm Saturday morning. and they are talking about another 5 to 7 tomorrow. Good thing we have 4 wheel drives.

Thumbtack means they are sticky’d (they always appear at the top of whatever subforum they are in. You should get an alert for any thread you are caught up on. If you haven’t read the whole thread, then you won’t get an alert when someone posts.
