    What Tom said.... You have to select the core charge when you order your junk. (looks like it's actually $275) The core charge is the refund they'll give you once they receive your old third... So you're looking at $1750 up front.:eek:

    I know you're pretty set on this, bro, but I found an 8.4 third with 4.10s for sale on TTORA for $125 + shipping...
    You could do that ARB deal... and have a local shop install it for probably a lot cheaper. Bit riskier though, since you can't verify the condition of the third up for sale, and ecgs guarantees their work. (I might be able to install the ARB for you as well, but I can't guarantee it since my schedule is kinda tight... Took me about a week to install my ARB with many nights staying up until 4am.) I could easily install a lockrite in a day though.... and re-build the third if need be. Just another option.

    If I were you, I'd get the used third and pop in a lockrite.... but you know how little I care about re-sale value and risk! lol :D ECGS is safer...

    Took me a few hours to install my lockright even though I've never had my third off. But it's not the first diff I've messed with.
