fukkk i hate my projectors

 

are they the ebay ones? and chrome?

 

Idk i think there from Amazon got them as a gift and there chrome yeah with the 3 leds and projectors i just like the old look now.

 

Yeah same ones I have but the black ones. I hate the light output on them. I have HIDs and they are suffering bad!! My fogs have better light output than my headlights now...

 

are you having problems with your hids at all? When the weather is cold out they dont like to turn on unless i flick them on a few times so gay...

 

Nope. Mine work fine. I have 55w slim ballast with a 12k bulb on my headlights and 35w slim ballast with a 3k bulb on my fog lights. Have you checked your plugs and everything is seated properly?

 

yeah mine had to be spliced and saudered and blah blah haha gonna get rid of them set up and find some stock ones black them out and either retro them and put 55w or leave them and go to 35w. Your combo of hids must be bright as hell man. I think I've seen you on montgomery racing a 350z i could be wrong

 

A silver one or a yellow 370z? It was really bright when I had my stock headlights. I miss them really bad now and wish I would have done a BHLM because I would have just retrofit them and stuck my HIDs in there. I'm just gonna retrofit these projectors though with better ones.

 

Yeah a silver one. I'm just gonna wait on it got some guy buying all my old stuff more upgrades soon i just dont know what.

 

Yeah that's just my buddy. I kick it with him quite a bit. You will see me most of the time with him or a red s2k with bronze wheels. You lucky mofo. I wish someone would buy my stock stuff. I have my stock intake, crank, alternator, and water pump pulley. Stock Xrunner exhaust and I can't remember what else... lol.

 

will all that stuff fit on tacomas like mine? ill try to help u out to sell them. Dom was trying to sell his screen and navi and i sold them for him on the first day.

 

yeah except the CBE I don't know which part is longer for you guys if at all since you have the short bed. The xrunner exhaust is only made for the Xrunner because of the special tip it has. I'm not to sure if it will have issues fitting on your truck or not. I don't know if it's any longer or shorter than your CBE but it does sound different. My dads DC sounded a lot more quite than my stock Xrunner exhaust.

 

actually i know what your talking about i think. My cousins access cab came with some wierd exhaust with some special tip. That shit was wayyyy louder then my stock truck for some reason too. Alright man see ya around maybe gotta crash for work

Just look at mine but they are chrome..... I have 2.5" in and 3" out so you may need a shop to put it on like a retrofit though.

Hey guys, i'm hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. I want to get some sliders for my truck, but don't want to buy online. I'd prefer to find someone local to support the economy, and maybe save myself some cash. Can anyone here recommend someone who does good fab work here in Albuquerque?
