    Easiest would be to get some jumper leads with alligator clips and connect to the battery terminals, red to red, black to black.

    I was actually going to be out in the actual garage trying to actually get this compressor actually installed. Yeah, I'm getting peeved at myself for not having this done yet. :eek: :)

    F*n $hi+... Just suck a shot load of water into my engine! 528 just north of Northen was flooded with about 1.5 feet of water... Not to bad, but I admittedly say I decided to have a bit of fun and hit it with some speed. Well got threw it, and my CEL started flashing and whole engine was shaking. Pulled over and checked the air cleaner and it was soaked, so I pulled it. The truck started back up fine, bit as I was driving home any time there was a decent load on the engine it would shak bad.

    Well I'm at my house pulling spark plugs, draining oil, replacing filters, cleaning MAF sensor, cleaning whole intake and throdle body and just letting it all dry out. Going to also disconnect all the harnesses I can find and let them dry out.

    Anyone have any other sugesttions?

    Reving in nuteral sounds fine.

    With having that plate bumper, I had to cut a lot of the inner fenderwell and it looks like with a bit of speed water would deflect off the tire forward and up and that cut fenderwell would act like a scoop for the displaced water.

    Time to figure out how to close that area up or get a snorkel...

    Is everything working fine now?

    If not,

    1. What did the oil look like?

    2. Can you check the tops of the pistons, visually or a long swab?

    3. Do a compression check.
