I am talking nonsense about the lift??

Billy 5100's @ 2.5? Will I need to lift the rear at all, will the 1.5 be too much to keep a leveled look? How does this setup look/feel? Will it stand up to some moderate wheeling? Will the UCA's need replacin'? I ain't a total mechanical idiot, but there are a million different threads about lifting and a million different ways...

Holy cow, I feel like a kid..

The chili challange is a big deal crawling event that meets here once in the spring. Pretty cool stuff, lots of wild rigs...

that comes with everything? even UCA's? I heard OME is a pretty damn good lift, but for alot cheaper. I cancelled the warranty on my truck yesterday, so its time to get a bit crazy..

While I'm here and double posting.... Any troublesome spots on the Taco with removing mud? On my previous chevy trucks, it used to hide under the fenderwells.. Anything I should watch out for that'll sit around and rust?

    Should be all the info...

Let me know and we'll organize a little run...

IF you bastards tell me where the mud hides on these trucks, and if my lift ideas make sense.

    Wheew -- ok.

I may actually look into the OME kit, just to have something super comprehensive... I'm totally undecided... ugh..

Anyway, keep me up to date about ya'll wanting the challenge, I've actually never been, have a buddy to that competes in his Land Rover, this year I'd like to go..

Depending on how fast you drive, its about a 2.5-3 hours. Not a biggie. The event is about 10 minutes out of town

    PS
so if anybody skiis or snowboards here's an open invite to come hit it up this season!!!... i work up there so I can try to get some maybe half price tickets for a couple people. that might help with gas $$. unfortunately no promises tho, cuz availability is inconsistent... but i can usually work something out.
and donuts in the parking lot are always fun after everyone leaves...:]

Ha -- so here's this for lucky. Forget the outside of the truck, no reason to clean it because the wet is gonna be around for a while. The past three days, my buds and I have been tracking mud all in the truck, so I get down pretty serious to clean it. Throw down a nice detail and get everything real purty. Rolling up to a stop sign, phone rings, look at the phone, BAM. Rear ended a Corolla. Phuck.

Luckily the owner was apparently pretty cool, and the damage was minimal. Wanted to buy a new All-Pro for the truck, now I have a reason, just not the money.
