There's also an app I use called EveryTrail, it lets you map your route and you can see others people routes.

Anyone getting out this weekend? I have to go to Albuquerque and was thinking of taking the 4runnner to do some wheeling maybe sat afternoon or Sunday morning.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get rotors turned that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I asked the Firestone on Kirtland and they charge $35 a rotor... I can almost buy new ones at that price. Thanks for the help!!!

Check with O'Rielly's. That's where I got mine done last time.

Thanks! They are $15 a pop. I had NAPA do drums on my 3rd Gen 4runner 6 months ago, they were pricy but I don't remember exactly

I just moved into the new house on the 10th. Live in the Homes behind Cielo Azul Elementary in Rio Rancho off of King and Unser.

Have seen a lot of Tacomas, just no idea if they are on TW or not.

Damn, one of these days I wouldn't mind bringing a six pack and a set of hands to watch and learn. This Taco I just got is in excellent shape, but always good to learn some things!

Ohh yea, I hit up that Lil sand dune just south of you when I get board. I also take the wash by my house all the way out to progress rd (non paved) by you and continue out to the Rio purco... Not in a Tacoma anymore though, so if you see a green Land Rover Discovery II, that's me.

New LCAs are installed and SGT Taco's home garage alignment feels way better than what I had before. There were a few scary moments like when we lowered the truck off the jack stands and the front end was sitting waaaayyyyy too high but we got it done and worked out.

Hoping to get it in for an alignment either tomorrow or Monday. I want to see if SGT Taco managed to get it within spec using a couple sets of eyeballs, a level and some combo wrenches.

You know it... I never paid for an alignment on my truck... I was always able to do it myself. I did take more time, used engineers line at a constant didstance from the hubs and used linoleum tiles with buck shot between them so that the tires could move freely with the adjustments. Never had any wear problems.

The front end settled some more. Hub to Fender measurements are at 23.5" on driver and 24" on passenger. That was so scary when we first dropped the front end down on the ground and it was sitting 26" on both sides.
