My garage is usually open after 2pm on weekends. I, however, live quite a bit from UNM, up in the NE Heights area near Tramway and Academy. I have a floor jack, jackstands and a good passel of hand tools. Let me know.

Appreciate it. Sgt Taco gave me a public location that he stated was pretty good at ignoring tool time and it is close to her, so I may give that a shot. Fingers crossed she doesn't drop that shaft doing balls out like she tends to drive - not sure if the rear section will act as a pole vault. Asking an 18 year old to take it easy is like asking your wife to stop asking you "what are you thinking?": just burning O2 and pretty much insuring the opposite will happen ;)

But I tell you, the next wrench time you plan and you need some hands let me know - love to bring a case down and increase my knowledge a bit. Most of my cash is going to UNM and house remodels at the moment, so truck mods are a distant third. Fun to get hands greasy working projects though!

I'm down to run a good trail! I am stock at the moment, and need to get new tires to feel confident (the tires on this bad boy only has 15k on them, but they were installed in 2005 !! So a lot of sitting for those things), but love to see what we can get into around here. I have seen at least one dark green Taco, as recently as in yesterday I think, so it must be another since you are out of state.

Just found out that my father's 2008 is having a frame inspection. Evidently, it takes 8 hours and they have to remove the bed.

It has 28k miles on it and is garage kept. Parents mostly use it for hauling stuff. They know to rinse down the undercarriage every so often in the winter so I think it'll be fine. If not, new frame!

Anyone in the Santa Fe, Albuquerque area happen to have some Wheel spacers laying around that they can sell me? Installing my lift this weekend and need spacers to fit my 285's on the stock wheels.
