Duke City Dent did most of the PDR jobs at the shops that I used to work at, including a Chevy fender I caved in by accident :D.

Thanks for the recommendation. I did get an estimate from Duke City Dent (highest), Dent Express (middle), and Intdent (lowest). Intdent works out of the BMW dealership, so I figured they'd know their stuff. They did the work in less than 15 minutes, and I cannot find where the dent was now.

How much was it if you don't mind me asking? I have a small dent on my 4Runner and I need to have someone pop it out.

Can anyone in the ABQ area recommend an alignment shop? I am fed up with Firestone as they are now refusing to set my caster outside of factory specs. The manager issued a full refund on mu "lifetime alignment" but I need a new shop!
    Thanks

I just got my '93 Toyota 4x4 pickup (within spec) aligned at Chet's on Menaul. You might give them a call to see if they'll do it the way you want it. Otherwise, Wheel Align It II on Menaul & Morris looks like they had a few lifted 4x4s parked out front.

Chet's is good, but I use Keith at Keith's Wheel Alignment, on Arno just north of Lomas. He worked at Chet's for a long time, and has his own shop now.

Well I just learned how the 13 tacomas let you know when the oil is due. Flashing Maint Req light trick is interesting. I threw in my scanner to find no codes then googled what was in my manual. I guess I've been slacking with my reading. Silly Toyota

Just had mine done at Chet's. They dialed it in perfect using my icon adjustable UCA. No rub...none. Ask for Gary.

Don't go to Trucks Unique. Had them put in my Expos rear leafs and longer brake lines. (No time to do it myself.) They completely F'ed it up. Let air get in the brake lines soooo bad and then couldnt get it out entirely. Had to limp it to the Toyota service dept at Larry miller add pay them to fix it proper. Plus, they undertorqued the flip kit ubolts. Checked them when I got home. (Sounded like the axle was shifting under braking and acceleration.) They were at less than 40f lbs. should have been 80

Chris, "The Suspension Guy" (according to his business card) was amazed at the diameter of the rods in my Icon shocks (7/8" rods). "Those are huge! We have shocks for work trucks that aren't that big." I knew then I was never coming back.

Hahahaha well I heard they can install a spacer lift problems well maybe. I would never go back to that place. And there custom trucks they drive around abq look horrible.

The alignment referral discussion may be over, but I figured I'd mention that I've been going to Mark @ ABQ Tire since 2001 and he's never let me down. The guy can get anything in spec (or set it up how you specify) and he's more than happy to work on aftermarket equipment. When I took my rig in with brand new LR UCA's, he had no trouble at all with them.

Texan here, hope you locals don't mind me trolling. My daughter has some time off spring break and I been told cloudcroft was a great fire roads, back woods remote camping. We been doing the deserts of west Texas, wanting to get some pine trees, mild snow, mountains in. Have I been lead in the right direction?

definitely can't go wrong with cloudcroft. though i haven't been there personally, I've seen gorgeous pictures of the scenery.

if you don't mind me asking, which part of texas will you be traveling from? if you can make a bit of a longer drive, the Jemez mountains which are about northwest of Albuquerque are a great choice as well and plenty private camp grounds meaning you can find a nice open area and camp there which is 100% legal as me and my friends do it all the time. there are dozens of options throughout the state for camping just gotta find which works for you!

just do some research and see what you like best around our great land of enchantment state!
